We offer free standard USPS shipping on all orders in the US. You may order USPS expedited shipping services at an additional cost, and you agree to all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process for your expedited order.

Returns:

Regular priced unworn items in original condition with the tags on are eligible for returns within 15 days of the date on which the item is delivered. Every item will be delivered with a Return Form. Simply fill out the Return Form completely, repack the item in the box, include your receipt and the return form, and ship the box back to the address specified on the form in order to qualify for a return or an exchange.

If you lose the Return Form included with your order, you may ask for a replacement by emailing us at shop@tonamearose.com. No returns of any kind will be accepted without a completed corresponding Return Form included in the return shipment, and no returns or exchanges of any kind will be accepted unless they adhere to the instructions on our Returns and Exchanges Page.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees to our office. Returns can take up to 10 days to arrive to our office. Customers have to ship the item as soon as possible to be considered eligible for a full refund. We will process the refund within five business days after receiving the item.

Customers bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

All sale items are final purchase and they are not eligible for returns, exchanges and refunds.

WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

Exchanges:

Simply place a new order to exchange any item if a replacement size, or color is available. Follow our return policy instructions to return the item that is no longer needed.
